AcceptEmail’s Service Creates an Electronic Bill that Can Be Paid by Mobile

Tuesday 7 February 2012 AcceptEmail demonstrated a feature that enables mobile bill pay:
“Recently we have added a Short Invoice Service, which creates an electronic bill, including payment capability for mobile phones using SMS, WhatsApp or Twitter. This new feature of AcceptEmail adds the mobile space to the service and enables fully automated credit management. AcceptEmail has also expanded their set of payments methods that can be used via PSP’s with the availability of many new international online payment methods, debit, and credit cards.”

Triloq paves the way with virtual credit cards, email bill payments

Online shopping was a pain before I got my first credit card. Painstakingly transferring money from my bank account to an online vendor is not ideal. With a credit card though, online shopping becomes easy. For the unlucky few who cannot get a credit card, online shopping dreams are dashed. Not so, says Triloq Payment Services. Its products, 1-2-Pay Online and AcceptEmail have been in development from January 2011 and aim to “free” the user from online shopping payment grief, allowing users to add funds from their bank accounts into a virtual credit card, and email bill payments. This month, the service opens up to the crowd desperate to shop online.

New Maestro intracountry fees in Belgium

Thanks to an intensive lobby by AcceptEmail MasterCard is announcing a flat fee of € 0,10 in Belgium for intracountry Maestro transactions effective as of 13 April 2012. This will create a level playing field for Belgian companies doing business abroad and who (want) to make use of electronic invoicing and payment. Up until now, companies were affected by the cost structure that European banks apply for using credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Amex) or debit cards (Giropay, Dankort, Maestro, banc contact /MrCash) to facilitate online payments.
