What is AcceptEmail?
AcceptEMail is a new EBPP Services (Electronic Bill Presentment & Payment). A new way of paying bills and sending billing information via e-mail. It combines the widely used penetration and availability of e-mail with the speed and convenience of internet payments.
Is AcceptEmail safe?
Amongst others because AcceptEmail uses the internet payment application from the bank of the receiver of an AcceptEmail it is completely safe. There is no payment information in the e-mail like the bank account number and receivers of AcceptEmails can choose from which bank account they would like to pay. During each stage of the payment process you are aware of how much you pay and to whom. Payment is carried out via your own bank account. But always check whether you have bought the goods or services the supplier requests you to pay, check where you are on the internet and what you do. Safety is also your responsibility and that applies in every situation.
How can I recognize a real AcceptEmail?

How do I pay an AcceptEmail?
You need to have access to a computer with an internet connection to an internet payment application from your bank(s).
I see no AcceptEmail banner in the e-mail. What should I do to be able to see it?
If you have internet access and the AcceptEmail is visible but the images are not, check the security settings of your e-mail application. You may be asked to allow images to be displayed. If so, please allow images and add the sender to the “safe sender list”.
I just paid, but the AcceptEmail in my e-mail does not indicate this yet. Why?
You must first re-open or refresh the email, then you always see the current payment status of an AcceptEmail.
Can I forward an AcceptEmail?
Yes! Because customer attributes or other features can be sent with the AcceptEmail by the sender of AcceptEmails reconciliation is guaranteed in accounting and no reconciliation is needed on bank account or name of the debtor. AcceptEmail allows a way to quickly pay, but does not oblige the receiver to pay with a certain bank account. Because of this the receiver has the freedom to pay with a bank account of his own choice and can forward the AcceptEmail like any other e-mail. An AcceptEmail cannot be paid twice: once one of the two receivers (the first recipient or those to whom it is forwarded) pays the AcceptEmail, the status of both receivers displays ‘paid’.
What if I (accidentally) delete an AcceptEmail?
You can register with your e-mail address at AcceptEmail. This is free of charge. You can log all AcceptEmails you received since your registration and send them to your e-mail address.
Why should I register to AcceptEmail?
Registration with AcceptEmail has a number of advantages: A complete list of all AcceptEmails you have received from the moment you registered. Easy access at any time using your computer. You do not have to save any payment confirmation or other paperwork on your computer.

AcceptEmail is free for the recipients of AcceptEmails. You can also register your e-mail address at AcceptEmail. This service is completely free of charge.

The rates for using AcceptEmail consist of a fixed service fee for one month and a rate for each AcceptEmail sent. Transaction rates decrease as the number of AcceptEmails increase.
